AAAS IF/THEN Ambassador

#IF/THEN SHE CAN

The AAAS IF/THEN Ambassador program is a national effort sponsored by Lyda Hill Philanthropies® to inspire young girls to pursue STEM careers while creating a culture shift in how the world perceives women in STEM.

The program features 125 women from a variety of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics careers to serve as high-profile role models for middle school girls.

Through this initiative, the nation received its first #IfThenSheCan – traveling statue exhibit which features over 120 life-size 3D-printed statues of a diverse coalition of contemporary women STEM innovators and role models leading a variety of fields. Each statue provides access to the IF/THEN® Collection which is the largest free resource of its kind dedicated to increasing access to authentic and relatable images of real women in STEM.
